Resplendent Support Services LLC was founded by Dedra Henderson, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and former Direct Support Professional (DSP). Through her hands-on work, Dedra learned that true care is about more than completing tasks—it’s about compassion, dignity, and trust. With that vision, she created Resplendent to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities receive care that empowers independence, enriches daily life, and feels like family.
